Siepe is seeking a dynamic C# Developer to join the team focused on developing a CLO Compliance engine, which is the fastest-growing segment of our business. As a C# Developer, you will work closely with the Development Team, Technical Leads and Product Managers to build and enhance compliance rules and reporting for both our external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of CLO compliance applications using C#
- Work with senior developers to implement features and resolve issues
- Learn and apply best practices in software development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of C# programming language and .NET framework
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or similar
- Experience with HTML templating frameworks such as Handlebars is preferred
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with writing complex LINQ queries and dynamic LINQ expressions is preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Excellent debugging skills and willingness to dig into issues to find solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
