Siepe recently conducted a survey to better understand how often businesses test their employees on phishing and cybersecurity-related issues. While the results varied, one major takeaway was that financial firms are missing a major step in mitigating the risks of phishing attacks, particularly as firms continue operating in hybrid work environments, writes Ryan Browning, VP of Sales & Marketing at Siepe. Frequent testing and cybersecurity protocols, Mr. Browning says, are necessary measures to ensure businesses are not exposed to cyber attacks or data breaches.
